Where we ship
We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time — if you are ordering from outside India, write to us and we will tell you what is possible.
Processing time
Orders are checked, packed and handed to the courier within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Metro cities: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Festive periods, weather and regional restrictions can add time.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applied at checkout and is shown before you pay. Any cash-on-delivery handling charge, where applicable, is also shown at checkout.
Tracking
We share the courier name and tracking number by email, and on WhatsApp if you prefer, as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your address and phone number before placing the order; couriers deliver to the address exactly as entered. If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available after the courier's attempts, or because the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery is charged at the normal shipping rate.

Our approach
We want you to be happy with the piece you receive. If something is not right, contact us and we will sort it out.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, including shipping, and we arrange and pay for the return pickup.
Change of mind
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, undamaged, and in its original box and packaging. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you; the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Items we cannot take back
Customised, personalised or made-to-order pieces, and any item that has been worn, altered or damaged after delivery.

Refunds
Once the returned piece reaches us and passes inspection, we process the refund within 5–7 business days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange a piece for another of equal value, subject to availability, within the same 7-day window.
