About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed on ethnoraa.com with ETHNORAA BY RK, Tower Char Rasta, Ghee Kanta Road, Raopura, Vadodara, Gujarat 390001, India.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we cannot deliver to your location.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before payment. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Product descriptions and images

We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative: slight variation in colour, tone and finish between an image and the delivered piece is normal, particularly for handcrafted work, and is not a defect.

Delivery

Timelines on this site are estimates based on courier performance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Please give accurate contact and address details. Do not use this site for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Intellectual property

The brand name, designs, text, photographs and artwork on this site belong to ETHNORAA BY RK and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
