What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, together with the items, prices and order history of that purchase.

When you contact us: the name, email, phone number and message you send.

When you subscribe: your email address.

Automatically: a cookie that keeps your shopping bag and session working. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

To process, pack, ship and support your order; to answer your messages; and, if you have subscribed, to send occasional studio updates. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Payment information

We do not collect or store card details. When an online payment gateway is enabled, payment is completed on the provider's own secure systems and we receive only the confirmation and reference.

Who we share it with

Courier partners, so they can deliver your order. The payment provider, when online payment is used. Our hosting and database providers, who store the data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept while they remain useful for support.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to rkbrooch2014@gmail.com and we will respond. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by asking us.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, administrator access is password-protected, and we limit who can see order data. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable care.
