How do I place an order?+
Add pieces to your bag and go to checkout. You will need a name, email, phone number and shipping address. No account is required to browse or buy.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Orders are placed with cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Online payment by UPI and card is being set up; to arrange advance payment in the meantime, call the studio.
How are shipping charges calculated?+
A flat ₹99 shipping charge is applied at checkout across India, and it is shown before you pay.
Can I return or exchange a piece?+
Yes. Tell us within 48 hours if a piece arrives damaged or incorrect and we replace it at our cost; for a change of mind you have 7 days from delivery. Full details are in the return & refund policy.
What are the pieces made of?+
Each product page lists the material, finish, dimensions and weight we can confirm for that piece. We do not publish precious-metal purity, gemstone grading or certification claims.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?+
Write to the studio through the contact form with quantities and timelines and the team will respond.
